Hi, I’m Elizma, and I want to personally welcome you to Crown Fitness Online. 👑 I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 12 years, and helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident has always been my passion. I’m married to the love of my life and my best friend—a wonderful man God blessed me with—and together we have three beautiful children, who are one of my greatest blessings. Above everything else, Jesus Christ is my Lord and Saviour. He is the foundation of my life and the One who gave me the passion and ability to serve others. I believe He has called me not only to help people become physically stronger, but also to encourage, uplift, and share His love through the way I live and lead. I started Crown Fitness Online because I want to reach more people than ever before. My heart is to help you understand how important it is to take care of both your body and your soul.
