Privacy Policy

This is a placeholder for Crown Fitness’s Privacy Policy. The final wording will be supplied by Crown. It should describe, in line with South Africa’s POPIA, how personal information is collected, used, stored and protected.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), health information you choose to log, and your activity within the app.
How we protect it
Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Sensitive fields such as your phone number and health logs are encrypted at rest. All traffic is served over HTTPS.
Payments
Card and payment data are handled entirely by Paystack. Crown never stores your card details on its own servers.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data or ask for your account to be deleted at any time from your profile’s Privacy & my data page. On deletion, your personal information is permanently erased.
